driven by perfection
TANiP-SThe conomic mode in inclinable design
is an inclinable dividing head, that is matching the requirements of lower clamping forces and connects the traditional values with the perfection and premium class of a modern dividing head.
The compact NC-Dividing Head TANiP-S, mounted in a tilting fixture, allows the stepless inclination of the rotating unit from horizontal to vertical spindle position. The main usage is for light-medium drilling or milling operations, grinding engraving or laser manufacturing.
The pneumatic clamping system gives you enough holding torque for these operations.
The adjustable worm-drive with a hardened and ground worm-shaft and a worm-wheel made of a special bronze-alloy, combined with various motor-mount layouts, takes care of a smooth and proper drive. The manual reduction gearing (option) enables the operator to easily move the unit to the desired tilting angle. The exact position can easily be read by means of the engraved vernier.
The advantages in brief
+ Inclinable from 0° – 90°
+ premium class drive and stability
+ timeless design
+ many accessory parts and varieties
+ no hydraulic required
+ practice orientated quality
The added manual operated tilting-axis (tilting range 0° – 90°) to the base unit TANiP increases the flexibility into a 5-face operation for small and medium quantities. The small invest for an additional axis makes this unit a very attractive alternative to full CNC operated 4th&5th axis units.
