The compact NC-Dividing Head TANiP-S, <\/strong>mounted in a tilting fixture, allows the stepless inclination of the rotating unit from horizontal to vertical spindle position. The main usage is for light-medium drilling or milling operations, grinding engraving or laser manufacturing.
\nThe pneumatic clamping system gives you enough holding torque for these operations.<\/p>\n

The adjustable worm-drive with a hardened and ground worm-shaft and a worm-wheel made of a special bronze-alloy, combined with various motor-mount layouts, takes care of a smooth and proper drive. The manual reduction gearing (option)\u00a0 enables the operator to easily move the unit to the desired tilting angle. The exact position can easily be read by means of the engraved vernier.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The added manual operated tilting-axis (tilting range 0\u00b0 \u2013 90\u00b0) to the base unit TANiP increases the flexibility into a 5-face operation for small and medium quantities.
